Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our plans. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@IBuildSaaS.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for your refund request
Processing Time
We will process your refund request within 5-10 business days. Once approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exceptions
Please note that we do not provide refunds for:
- Requests made after the 30-day period
- Partial months of service
- Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately
